The Back in Time Scavenger Hunt will begin in Heritage Plaza and take participants on a walking tour of Downtown Longview. Thirty clues and fun challenges will guide you through parts of the 100 Acres of Heritage and the newly designated Cultural Arts District to locate historical or significant sites in downtown from the past, present and future. Individuals and teams will compete to see who can decipher the clues and visit the most locations within the time allotted. Using the GooseChase App on your smartphone, this will be an exciting, interactive and educational experience for Longview residents of ALL AGES!

Partners in Prevention is a community coalition that addresses community barriers by inspiring hope, connecting partners, and building trusting relationships that transform lives. The Forever Friends and Co-Pilots Mentoring Programs equip and support volunteers as they mentor area youth providing them with extra attention, positive encouragement and believing in the child's full potential.

Players will meet in Heritage Plaza to hear how the game will be played, login to the GooseChase App and create teams (if desired).
The GAME CODE will be shared with players and the Scavenger Hunt will be open for play for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Players with the 1st 2nd and 3rd highest scores will be awarded prizes. If multiple players fully complete the scavenger hunt or there is a tie for the number of challenges and locations completed, the winner will be chosen by the time in which these were completed.
